Please review important A&M policies and FAQs (frequently asked questions) prior to placing an order.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final, no returns. If the equipment arrives damaged and you do not refuse the shipment, you assume ownership of the product, and the freight company will not allow A&M Equipment Sales to file a damage claim. For minor damage, we can send replacement parts.

What is your shipping policy?

At this time, A&M Equipment Sales ships to locations within the contiguous United States. Buyer is responsible for inspecting their vending machine(s) at the time of delivery for any visible or concealed freight damage. By signing the Receipt of Delivery without inspecting and documenting any damage, the ability to file a claim against the freight carrier is forfeited, and A&M Equipment Sales is released from any further obligation. Buyer is responsible for all freight charges, which are non-refundable by A&M Equipment Sales.

If vending equipment is lost in transit, A&M Equipment Sales provides a grace period of 5 business days to allow the shipping company to recover the lost freight. Once the grace period has passed, A&M Equipment Sales will review on a case-by-case basis to provide the best solution to fit the buyer’s needs.

Buyer must pay a storage fee of $275.00 per month for machines not picked up or shipped within 30 days of being notified that the equipment is ready for delivery or pickup.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancelling an order more than 48 hours after placement will result in a 4% cancellation fee. In addition to the cancellation fee, the buyer is responsible for covering any out-of-pocket expenses incurred by A&M Equipment Sales that exceed the 4% fee. These expenses may include, but are not limited to:
– Non-refundable credit card transaction fees
– Custom graphic wrap production costs (if applicable)

Once an order has shipped, we review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis and a 25% restocking fee applies. This restocking fee is in addition to the 4% cancellation fee. We reserve the right to refuse any cancellation request once an order has shipped. We are unable to accept cancellations or returns for delivered items.

Credit card readers are not eligible for cancellation or return. Buyer must contact the manufacturer directly for all warranty claims on these devices.
